The first step is to inspect the slab carefully. Determine where the floor is too high, where it is too low, and where the concrete has broken away. The repair method should always match the actual condition of the floor.

Grind the High Areas

Raised sections, trowel marks and high spots should be mechanically ground to the required level.

After grinding, these areas can be polished to blend seamlessly with the surrounding floor, producing a flatter, more uniform finish without adding unnecessary material.

Low spots, spalled concrete, damaged sections and large static cracks require rebuilding—not simply grinding around them.
