THE PROJECT

DECO CRETE was selected to supply materials for a 70,000 m² floor renovation at First Solar in Kulim, Malaysia. The project involved removing failed epoxy and restoring the concrete underneath.

01 — PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Solar-panel manufacturing needs a durable, dust-controlled floor that is straightforward to maintain. RETRO SHEELD^®addresses failed floor coverings by restoring the existing concrete, with hardening and protection to develop a cleanable working surface.

02 — DECO CRETE SYSTEMS

The renovation approach removes failed floor coverings and develops the concrete below. Local surface repairs, pore filling, grinding and polishing prepare the slab; liquid hardening and final protection complete the treatment.
