THE PROJECT

Mapletree’s VSIP II warehouse uses DECO CRETE’s polished concrete treatment. The relationship continued with further projects in northern Vietnam.

01 — PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

A logistics-property owner needs floors that remain practical through tenant use and routine maintenance. AGGREGATE SHEELD^® hardens and protects the concrete, helping control dust and keep large warehouse areas straightforward to clean.

02 — DECO CRETE SYSTEMS

Mechanical polishing refines the surface of flat, good-quality concrete. Liquid hardening increases surface hardness and helps control dusting; final protection improves stain resistance and makes routine cleaning easier.
