THE PROJECT

FM Logistic’s second-phase warehouse at VSIP II uses DECO CRETE’s polished concrete treatment. Support has continued after completion, including advice on local floor renovation and cleaning.

01 — PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Warehouse and distribution operations put regular handling traffic on the floor. TOP SHEELD^® provides surface hardening and protection to reduce dusting and make tyre marks and routine dirt easier to remove.

02 — DECO CRETE SYSTEMS

Mechanical polishing refines the concrete surface without deep aggregate exposure. Liquid hardening and final protection complete the treatment, improving surface durability and cleanability while the slab remains the finished floor.
