THE PROJECT
At its new Long An facility, Suntory PepsiCo chose polished concrete rather than a dry-shake-only finish. The project includes an automated, very narrow aisle warehouse.
01 — PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
A beverage facility’s automated warehouse needs a durable, dust-controlled floor that is practical to clean. TOP SHEELD® hardens and protects the surface, while the slab’s flatness and load performance remain separate design requirements.

Mechanical polishing refines flat, good-quality concrete. Liquid hardening and final protection develop a durable, easier-to-clean surface, while the slab itself remains the finished floor..
