AGGREGATE SHEELD – Exposed Aggregate Concrete Floor Polishing Solution

This solution, applied to over 50,000m² of the factory’s flooring, serves as the primary method for Concrete Floor finishing. It includes:

• decoSIL Liquid Hardener: A comprehensive liquid hardener suitable for most Concrete Floors, offering significant cost savings for investors. decoSIL is one of Deco Crete’s strategic products.
• decoFINISH Sealers: Like decoSIL, decoFINISH is a strategic product of Deco Crete. Used alongside decoSIL, it provides complete protection for Concrete Floors. decoFINISH is a penetrating protective layer containing Lithium Silicates, colloidal silica, and other binders. It enhances hardness, gloss, oil resistance, and stain resistance, while highlighting the color of natural stone, cast stone, stained concrete, or acid-stained decorative concrete.
• decoPINFIX Repair: Essential for achieving uniformity in polished Concrete Floors. This liquid additive for cement, mortar, and concrete improves bonding, compressive strength, and durability. It contains high-quality acrylic polymers and nano silica, combining with concrete dust to form a hard cementitious mineral that fills holes and cracks during the polishing process.

TOP SHEELD – Exposed Sand Concrete Floor Polishing Solution

Similar to AGGREGATE SHEELD, the TOP SHEELD solution also relies on two essential products: decoSIL and decoFINISH.

However, instead of using decoPINFIX, this solution incorporates decoTOPFLOOR from the beginning.

decoTOPFLOOR is a dry powder surface hardener designed for freshly poured concrete surfaces that are set but not fully cured.

It enhances the aesthetics of basic gray or colored Concrete Floors and improves abrasion resistance.

This powder contains hard mineral aggregates resistant to wear, blended with anti-alkali and UV agents, additives, and other binders.
